1. Order Processing & Production Time

All Quality Sportswears products are made-to-order. The production timeline begins after we receive your design approval and deposit payment.

Production time does not include shipping transit time. Your total delivery window = Production Time + Shipping Transit Time.

During peak seasons (August–September for school sports, November–December for holidays), production times may be extended by 3–5 business days. We will notify you if this applies to your order.

2. Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship to all 50 US states from our facility. Domestic shipping options and estimated transit times are as follows:

3. Local Minnesota Delivery

Quality Sportswears is based in Eagan, Minnesota, and proudly serves teams throughout the Twin Cities metro and across the state. Local orders within Minnesota may qualify for faster delivery or local pickup — contact us to discuss options for your order.

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time:

  • FedEx — Express and ground shipping
  • UPS — Ground and express shipping
  • USPS — Economy shipping

The carrier used for your shipment depends on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. We reserve the right to select the best carrier at our discretion unless a specific carrier is agreed upon in your order confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

If you have not received a tracking email within 24 hours of your expected dispatch date, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@qualitysportswears.com with your order number.

You can also track your order by contacting our team via phone at +1 (612) 389-8489 during business hours (Mon–Fri 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CT).

6. Sales Tax

Applicable Minnesota sales tax will be collected where required by law based on the shipping destination. For orders outside Minnesota, applicable state sales tax will be collected as required.

Any applicable tax will be clearly stated in your order quotation before confirmation.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and photograph the damage before opening the package further. Contact us at info@qualitysportswears.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Lost shipments: If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbours and building management.
  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
  3. If unresolved after 3 business days, contact us at info@qualitysportswears.com and we will investigate and file a claim on your behalf.

Quality Sportswears is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the stated address.

8. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. Quality Sportswears is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at info@qualitysportswears.com as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched.

Re-delivery or return shipping fees for packages returned due to an incorrect address will be charged to the customer.
