By accessing or using the Quality Sportswears website (qualitysportswears.com) or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our services. "You" refers to the individual or organisation placing an order or using the website.

2. Products & Orders

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Quality Sportswears operates as a wholesale and bulk supplier. Each product has a minimum order quantity (MOQ) as indicated on the product page. Orders below the stated MOQ will not be accepted.

Order confirmation: Submitting a quote request or placing an order does not constitute a binding agreement until you receive a written order confirmation from our team via email.

Product availability: All orders are subject to material availability. In the rare event that a fabric or material is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives before proceeding.

Samples: Sample orders may be available upon request before committing to a bulk order. Contact our team at info@qualitysportswears.com for sample pricing and availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are starting prices ("Price From") and may vary based on quantity, fabric selection, and delivery destination.

• Final pricing is confirmed in a written quotation provided by our sales team.
• Payment terms: A deposit (typically 50%) is required to initiate production. The remaining balance is due prior to shipment.
• Currency: All transactions are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Taxes: Prices do not include applicable sales tax, import duties, or customs fees, which are the buyer's responsibility.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed in writing.

4. Production & Delivery

Standard production time is 14–21 business days from receipt of order confirmation and deposit payment. Rush production may be available for an additional fee — contact us to check availability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Quality Sportswears is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon handover to the shipping carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on shipping methods and timelines.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item received is defective or does not match what was ordered.

• Defective items: If you receive an item that is defective or significantly different from your order, notify us at info@qualitysportswears.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
• Incorrect quantity: If you receive fewer items than ordered, we will ship the missing items at no additional cost.
• Returns: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached.
• Return shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Quality Sportswears website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, jersey designs, graphics, and product photographs, is the property of QualitySportsWears LLC and is protected by US copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Our brand name, logo, and product designs may not be used without permission.

7. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its servers.
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications or spam.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or data-mine the website without our express written permission.
• Submit false or misleading information through our contact or quote forms.

We reserve the right to suspend or block access to users who violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QualitySportsWears LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your order or use of our website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of our products for any particular purpose beyond what is stated in our product descriptions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Dakota County, Minnesota. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
